THE STEM IS THEN HAND FILED TO 45 DEGREE ANGLES TO FIT UNDER BOTTLE CAPS AND IT IS HAND FINISHED WITH A FINAL DEBURRING. LASTLY, THE DOPENER IS TAKEN TO THE ENGRAVER.
